Refund & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Vision Doris. Each garment is custom-made and requires a significant investment of time and resources. To ensure fairness and protect both the client and designer, the following policies apply to all bookings:
1. Deposits

• The deposit covers time spent on design consultation, reserving your spot in the schedule, and any materials purchased.
2. Rescheduling

• If the client cancels after the deposit has been paid, the deposit will not be refunded, as it covers the designer’s time and expenses already invested.
• If the designer cancels, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
4. Refunds
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable once design work or material purchases have begun.
• Any balance payments made after the deposit will be refunded only if no work has started beyond the deposit stage.
5. Client Responsibility
• The client is responsible for attending scheduled fittings on time. Missed or late appointments may result in project delays.

2. Order Procedure

2. Items requiring alterations must be returned promptly with clear instructions.
3. Customizations made after delivery may incur additional fees.
